Building regulations:

• A maximum of two stories, including an attic, is permitted.

• The maximum building depth is indicated on the subdivision plan.

• The building depth on the ground floor and first floor is 12.00 meters.

• The maximum eave height is 6.50 m for a pitched roof and 7.00 m for a flat roof.

• The ridge height is no more than 6.00 meters above the permitted eave height (in the case of a sloped roof).

• The roof must have a pitch between 0° and 45°.

• The house must be situated as shown on the subdivision plan, within the designated building zone. The front building line must be set back at least 6.00 meters from the front property line. The side garden strip, which must remain free of buildings, must be at least 3.00 meters wide. Along the road, this strip must be 5.00 meters wide.

• The front facade width may not exceed 50% of the lot width (the lot width is measured 6.00 meters from the building line).

• If a dwelling is set back further than any of the adjacent dwellings, the required minimum distance to the side lot lines is also: the average (cornice) height of the building, measured at the relevant side facade.
