Growing Together
Thanks to warm recommendations and word of mouth, we have grown from a small office into a strong group of real estate agencies with a dedicated team and a close-knit network. Today, we operate across a vast region that includes Flemish Brabant, Brussels, the Pajottenland, Mechelen, and Limburg.
We uphold the same high standards everywhere. How do we do that? Each real estate office is led by one or more experienced real estate specialists. In addition, our headquarters in Leuven and Dilbeek provide administrative and marketing support to everyone, whether they are junior or senior real estate professionals.

Stronger together: our upcoming merger with Altro
At Living Stone, we are taking a major step forward. Together with Altro Vastgoedgroep—which, like us, has been named Real Estate Company of the Year—we are launching a close partnership with the clear goal of merging into a single, strong real estate group by 2027.
With 23 offices and approximately 80 employees, we have propelled ourselves into the top 3 of the largest real estate networks in Flanders. This allows us to strengthen our presence throughout Flanders and Brussels and continue to build on our mission: to be the go-to one-stop-shop for residential real estate.
